1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Ecomeezy, LLC (“Ecomeezy”, “we”, “us”). They apply to ecomeezy.com and to our products, including Proofeezy, Pic2toon, Floweezy (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. The Services
Ecomeezy provides software-as-a-service products for e-commerce businesses and creators:
- Proofeezy: Proof approvals for custom orders on Shopify.
- Pic2toon: Turn photos into cartoon art in seconds.
- Floweezy: Drag-and-drop workflow automation for Shopify.
All Services are delivered digitally. Access is provided online, typically immediately after sign-up; no physical goods are shipped.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. Free trials
Paid plans may begin with a free trial of 14 days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan will convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the plan price. We will show the price and billing date before you start a trial.
5. Plans, billing and payment
- Prices are listed on our pricing page in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By providing a payment method you authorize us, through that processor, to charge it for all fees due.
- Usage limits (such as proofs, images or workflow runs) reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until the balance is paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or infringing;
- upload content you don’t have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates anyone’s privacy or publicity rights;
- attempt to access other users’ data, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass usage limits;
- resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law or your plan.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload or create with the Services (“Your Content”), such as images, proofs and workflow data. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Services to you. Images generated with Pic2toon on a paid plan may be used commercially, including on products you sell.
9. Our intellectual property
The Services, including our software, designs, logos and trademarks, are owned by Ecomeezy, LLC and protected by law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription for your internal business or personal purposes.
10. Third-party services
Some Services integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify and our payment processor. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time. If we discontinue a paid Service, we will give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid, unused fees.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecomeezy, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ecomeezy, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
