Ecomeezy, LLC (“Ecomeezy”, “we”, “us”) operates ecomeezy.com and the Proofeezy, Pic2toon and Floweezy services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or use our Services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, company name and password.
- Billing details: billing name, address and payment method. Card details are collected and stored by our PCI-compliant payment processor, not by us; we only receive limited details such as card brand, last four digits and expiry date.
- Content: files and data you upload, such as proof images, photos submitted to Pic2toon, and workflow configurations.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
Information from connected platforms
If you connect a Shopify store, we access the store data needed to provide the Service you enabled (for example, orders and customer contact details for sending proofs, or order and inventory data for workflows). We access only the permissions you approve during installation.
Information collected automatically
We collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, using server logs and essential cookies. We use this to keep the Services secure and working properly.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
- To process payments and send receipts, invoices and billing notices.
- To respond to support requests and send important service messages.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use photos you upload to Pic2toon for any purpose other than generating your images.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Services, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Payment processors, to process payments and prevent fraud.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, such as Cloudflare, to host and deliver the Services.
- Email providers, to send transactional and support emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice to you).
5. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Photos uploaded to Pic2toon and images it generates are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. Payment information is handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Residents of California and the EU/UK have these rights under the CCPA and GDPR. To make a request, email hello@ecomeezy.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Cookies
Our marketing website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. Our apps use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and notify you of material changes by email.
